• Payments can be made via cash, UPI, or other accepted payment methods.

• No hidden charges will be applied unless additional services are requested.

Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellations should be informed in advance.

• Cancellation charges may apply depending on the time of cancellation.

• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed as per our cancellation policy.

Passenger Responsibilities

• Passengers are responsible for their personal belongings.

• Smoking, alcohol consumption, or illegal activities inside the vehicle are strictly prohibited.

• Any damage caused to the vehicle by the passenger will be chargeable.

Driver & Vehicle Use

• Our drivers are authorized to follow all traffic rules and safety regulations.

• Vehicle route and speed decisions will be made by the driver for passenger safety.

• In case of unforeseen circumstances (weather, road conditions, mechanical issues), delays may occur.

Trip Modifications

• Any changes in route, stops, or travel duration may result in additional charges.

• Extra hours or distance will be charged accordingly.

Liability Disclaimer

• Tanu Tour & Travel is not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, road conditions, or natural calamities.

• We are not liable for any loss, injury, or damage caused due to circumstances beyond our control.

Service Refusal

• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone violating these Terms & Conditions or engaging in inappropriate behavior.

• Customer information is handled securely and used only for booking and service purposes.

• We do not share personal data with third parties without consent, except where required by law.
