At Tanu Tour & Travel, customer satisfaction is our priority. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued for our taxi and tour services.
Cancellation & Refund Eligibility

Cancellations made well in advance of the scheduled pickup time may be eligible for a full or partial refund.

Last-minute cancellations may attract cancellation charges and may not be eligible for a full refund.

No refund will be provided for cancellations made after the trip has started.
Advance Payments

Any advance amount paid at the time of booking will be adjusted against the total fare.

Refund of advance payment, if applicable, will be processed after deducting cancellation or service charges.
No-Show Policy

If the customer does not arrive at the pickup location at the scheduled time and fails to inform us, it will be considered a no-show, and no refund will be provided.
Service Interruptions

In case of trip cancellation by Tanu Tour & Travel due to unavoidable circumstances (vehicle breakdown, safety issues, or operational reasons), a full refund of the advance payment will be issued.

We are not responsible for cancellations or delays caused by weather conditions, road closures, strikes, or natural calamities.
Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days.

Refunds will be made using the original payment method whenever possible.
Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

Customer-initiated cancellation after trip commencement

No-show situations

Delays caused by traffic, weather, or road conditions
